Business English A2/B1
This course is aimed at participants who already have a good knowledge of English and would like to develop it further.
It covers the following topics: Business small talk with foreign colleagues and company visitors, formal and informal correspondence /enquiries/quotations/orders, dealing with problems on the telephone such as complaints. In this context, English grammar is again repeated and deepened. Role plays are included to imporve your business vocabulary.
